Digital Products (PDF, Audiobook)
⚠️ Important: In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium once delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.
By completing your order and initiating the download or streaming, you confirm that:
- You agree to immediate delivery of digital content
- You understand this waives your right of withdrawal
Technical Issues
If you experience any technical issues with a digital product (corrupted file, broken download link, streaming error, etc.), please contact us and we will resolve the situation promptly:

We Investigate
We will respond within 48 hours and work to resolve the issue.
Resolution
We will provide a new download link, a replacement file, or a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
Refunds
Refunds for digital products may be issued in the following cases:
- Product was not delivered (download link not received or non-functional)
- Product is significantly different from the description on the website
- Persistent technical issues that cannot be resolved
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 14 days of approval.
